I have worked at money companies but none value their team members like MergenIT does. The work itself is pretty mundane and boring but the people here and the culture that this place has creates its own energy that gets me excited about coming in everyday.And Big on professional growth for team members, very supportive with training and pursuing new ideas, fantastic workplace culture.

There are no bad things, I have never seen anything which is not appropriate.
