By far the best company I've worked for. My coworkers have become family. Management really cares about you and to ensure you are successful. There's room for growth IF you put in the work. The owners of the company are extremely kind and generous.

Lots of employee turnover, we are growing extremely fast, so sometimes there's some kinks, but the company is willing to adapt and work out those kinks with time. The reason I say with time, is because I genuinely believe they want to do it right the first time, so they discuss solutions for a bit of time.
