I can't say enough about how fantastic MercyOne is! Having received incredible medical care here since I was a child, it’s amazing to now be part of the team as an adult. The support I’ve received has truly changed exceeded my expectations in the workplace. One of the best things about working here is the amazing work-life balance. The hybrid schedule allows me flexibility for my work and personal commitments. It’s refreshing to work in an environment where my well-being is prioritized. My colleagues are incredibly supportive, and I never feel dumb when I ask questions; instead, I’m met with encouragement and helpful advice. It’s a place where learning is encouraged, and everyone is invested in each other’s growth. Overall, I feel truly grateful to be part of such an outstanding organization. Cons
99% of Trinity's benefits are amazing! The only one I have an issue with is Optum RX for our prescriptions. It can take a lot of phone calls back and forth from the doctor and Optum to figure out the mail ordering system Optum insists on. If Trinity could just add our prescription coverage to our health insurance, I would consider 100% of our benefits to be amazing!
