Poor hospital - Anonymous employee Mercy Services Employee Review

Very accommodating to my schedule.

Some times units are understaffed.

Co-workers are great. Give great care to patients. Great café discounts with good food. Have free wellness yearly assessment.

Management is "micro-managers". Poor vacation and sick package. Expect employees to drive through blizzards to get to work. Require employees to only use Mercy providers or you have to pay higher co-pay. Salary needs improvement!
