      they pay the best in town

      they will give you unsafe assignments, the manager is a nightmare and does not listen to staff in order to fix safety issues on the floor.

      Pros

      Some critical patients, but not as stupid busy as Baystate. Awesome team.

      Cons

      They're changing the way it's organized, leaving patients w/o being seen for awhile. Management is, well, management, you won't find a mecca here. But all in all it's OK.
