Pros
Paid fairly and I have approached requesting raises for the work I do and I have been granted these. I know my work and can lead, and I have to constantly advocate for myself and that means being financially rewarded
Cons
Constant turnover and the risk of losing more, a lot of people are looking within the system, but most seeking opportunities outside of our hospital. Morale and targeting/bullying, just not being kind to others.
