Some people can get aggravated that they cant get food boxes or beds every day of the week

Reward of helping others in need, experience in mental health field.

Pay is too low for all the tasks that are required, abusive work environment,unsafe working conditions,high burnout and the residents suffer since there is never enough staff..no one wants to stay in a place where the staff and residents are constantly degraded and disrespected by management.
