Pros
Union gives added protection, health benefits with the Union are top notch, a week of holiday pay around Xmas bc the university is closed.
Cons
The pay is trash and the school acts as if it has no money, meanwhile it gets new turf and landscaping multiple times a year. Turnover rate is quite high and there are no checks and balances on supervisors. Lots of sketchy practices to keep the little people low on the totem pole. Thanks mercy for putting me on SSRIs!
