Pros
I have worked at Mercy College for 7 years and have seen many phases of the college. One thing that has remained solid is the exceptional leadership and management; care for employees; and work life balance. I have so much respect for the career I have had the pleasure of building at Mercy College and am very thankful to work here.
Cons
Higher salaries would always be a plus! But combined with benefits and vacation time, it really isn't bad.
