Pros

They will give you macbook, work is remote (but you need to come to Cyprus and pretend that you are not russian anymore)

Cons

Support department - 80% of people are russians, now they are pretending to be western, even changing names. Work is very unoptimised, most employes were hired not for skills, but for loyality. Awful management, awful technical part of business - it was ok for regular massive transaction stucks, just check bad reviews on Trustpilot - it's 0.01% of what we get in support. Marketing department spends much money for good reviews on Trustpilot and Google play to hide bad ones from real customers. Few months ago they fired all mobile developers and QA. They fired everybody from Russia who rejected to move to Cyprus.

Cons

The company moves slowly and struggles with operational efficiency. Engineering is oversized relative to output, and velocity is low. Communication is a major issue — especially with many team members lacking strong English skills, which causes misalignment and delays. There’s a clear need for optimisation across teams, better talent density, and tighter execution
