Regarding the salaries, we believe we are on par or above the national average. Concerning the benefits - we offer medical and dental insurance and now contribute $1,000 to HSA accounts for employees enrolled in an HSA plan and we deduct $1,000 from the premium for employees enrolled in a PPO or HMO. MTG pays 100% towards disability, Group EAP, and Tele-Medicine. We also offer voluntary vision coverage, accident coverage, critical illness, and life insurance. We’re always looking to enhance employee benefits and 401(k) matching is one that is always being considered. We participate in employer-sponsored events throughout the year including team events and company picnics. We enjoy sponsoring monthly events, including luncheons, potlucks, and ice cream socials.
