Pros
- always looking to improve employee benefits and pay if you work hard - cafeteria or free food events - offer a lot of opportunities to learn, but takes more initiative from the employee - friendly coworkers that are very smart, motivated and overall laughing/creating connections - listens to it's employees through surveys and giving feedbacks to managers
Cons
- very fast paced but through manual steps and systems issues - need to speak up often to get directions and understand role - people are very busy - need to engage new employees more often to make sure they stay motivated by giving tasks to develop their strongest strengths
