Pros
Some of the best and brightest engineers developing complex software products and challenging hardware / mechanical designs. In general employees - cross-functionally - are great to work with.
Cons
The infrastructure and processes need improvement as every software development delivery needs to be micro managed. Design quality of hardware products are only now improving, but the effort to maintain happy customers who have legacy products is challenging .
