      Good people in Non-Management position where team work is essential. Company flex hours are great. Benefits are good but falling behind other companies.

      Cons

      Senior Management can care less about laying off people. Job security is non-existent as one never knows when one will be let go.

      Pros

      Great time off, schedule flexibility like 9/80, company shut down at end of year, caring coworkers, lots of resources, benefit add ons are great like pet insurance! They have a student loan company match program and tuition reimbursement. They seem to promote from within a lot too which is refreshing.

      Cons

      Spread out amongst lots of states East coast and West coast. Sometimes can make collaborating hard but the make it work well!

      Facility is far away from where I would want to live
