Pros

Great employees who care for one another. This doesn’t include the majority of senior leadership if it was up to them the company would have already sunk like the titanic. Meaningful work Leading edge technology

Cons

Leadership all the way up to the executive team talk a good game about how important Cultures and Values are but behind the curtain they are not walking the walk. They are growing fast but there are bodies left in their wake; just look at turnover. Don’t expect to be developed because no one has time they are too busy trying to meet unrealistic revenue targets. Don’t seek help from HR they don’t care and that comes from the top down. Be cautious if you want to work here be prepared to work long hours, not be appreciated or listened to; you are just a means to an end.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. As you point out, Mercury has grown significantly over the last few years and we recognize that this has resulted in both exciting opportunities and challenges. Growing as rapidly as we are, we know there is an essential need for communication that is transparent, inclusive and keeps pace with our fast-paced work environment. As one of the three foundational elements of our culture, communication is critical to our success. And while we may not always get it right, we are committed to continuous improvement, including making information more accessible, seeking new opportunities for team members to share feedback and concerns, and utilizing the feedback we receive to inform change. While we are results oriented, we know we work best and succeed as a team, so honest and respectful feedback is important and taken seriously.

Pros

This company thrives on collaboration and out-of-the-box thinking with no autocratic environment and very few "no's". Even in defined roles, you can contribute to larger projects, advancing your career and skillset. The employees, especially in engineering, are incredibly smart and knowledgeable, giving you the chance to learn from some of the best in the industry.

Cons

The fast-paced nature of Mercury can be a challenge. There are no defined processes as you're often tackling new issues and solving problems without a roadmap from previous experiences. That said, new leadership has focused on equipping teams with tools and strategies to align on solving cross-functional issues, pushing this approach through all levels.
