Pros
Gain tons of connections in the financial world. Great people to work with. Really easy to commute to, with the subway and Grand Central right there. When you leave, you can leave. You don't have to take work home with you ever. You'll start to learn about what matters in financial recruiting.
Cons
You will have to deal with some angry people who you cold email, angry people who are unqualified for a position, and people who do not believe they are qualified for a position. It also is a genuinely boring job, you're one step above data entry, but you can listen to podcasts if you would like to.
