      Great local environment. Great power to affect results, small company within a huge Group. Very hands on Management style. Growing market with the Cabotage business, potential incoming growth from the Truck conversion logistics.

      Cons

      Part of a Lebanese/Frecnh group called CMA CGM. Family owned business with the family culture and management style. Very aggressive and based on fear towards all levels.

      Benefícios, home office, possibilidade de crescimento.

      Cons

      Processos manuais extremamente arcáicos, máquinas e notebooks lentos que não rodam direito, falta de treinamento adequado, vão te jogar mil funções e muita cobrança, para chegar no final de semana ser cobrado novamente. Ambiente com muita fofoca e "puxa-saquismo".
