There is not one pro for working for Taqi Merchant, Muj Merchant, and Rizwan Merchant. They lie, cheat, and steal from there employees.

If you are an hourly employee, dont expect to be paid any of the over time you work. This is a family run company, that only cares about themselfs. They are quick to take advantage of their managers, and file false police reports. After working for the company for over 4 years, I received a phone call on a Sunday night at 7:00pm being told "Ownership was going a different direction". Then, they let the Assistant General Manager go via text message. Yes, you read that right, text message. I wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy. Full time employees get no health benifits, no 401k, and no paid time off. After filing a false police report stating managers stole $8,000 and getting laughed out of the police department, the AGM has still not been paid their last check. This company is clueless on how to run legit hotel chains like IHG.
