Pros
Higher ups are always there to discuss things with (open door policy). Good in between job from high school to college. Easy money as long as you are willing to get up early (4am) and get back around 3 or 5pm each day and travel around Virginia.
Cons
Long hours, some coworkers can be very toxic and lazy, underpaid for the amount of labor. When policy and things need to be changed, it takes a while to actually happen. The warehouse constantly screws up on orders, with little discipline leaving you to handle other people's screw ups. If you're looking for a raise only expect $0.10 - $0.50 per year.
