Pros
The team is super and works together like a well-oiled machine, even though it is spread worldwide. The support and willingness to collaborate, is second to none. The projects are numerous, wide, varied and exciting to work on. The customers are a wonderful bunch of people to work with. The role and project opportunities are great and ever-growing. I've worked for the company for nearly 7 years. Some of the previous comments on here had some merit, however the culture and leadership has changed completely over the past 2.5 years for the better. I enjoy going to work every day.
Cons
We can't hire people quick enough!! Having doubled staff numbers in the past year, we have grown and been hugely successful and want to grow as much again over the next year. It is a fast-paced environment, with a lot of competition in the market for great payments people. The opportunities that this company provides though, for a long-lasting career in the payments industry, are worth every minute on the team.
