Pros
Many very talented and smart colleagues, global strength and great client base. Good brand name and breadth of services. Staff want to do the right thing by each other and clients.
Cons
Senior management will not make the effort to attract and retain the best talent. Compensation too low and metrics are demotivating. Compensation elements and forced ranking for rating, pay and bonus promotes selfish behavior and is damaging team work. Company does not adequately reward top performers. Losing ground against competitors while senior management sits passively. Company loyalty has been eroded by management style and decisions - many staff waiting for an improved economy so they can leave.
