Pros
Excellent work life balance and flexibility, big company support and resources, good opportunities within the company for go-getters, collaborative environment, great subject matter expertise throughout the organization.
Cons
Management doesn't engage nor communicate often enough, loyal and long-term employees undervalued and under-paid, lots of dead weight with top performers covering the slack of under-performers. Mercer has become a place where mediocrity thrives. Critical thinking skills no longer seem to be a requirement for new hires. Too much focus on project management rather than analysis and problem solving.
