      The firm pays you money.

      Cons

      The firm is full of overpaid idiots that rise the ranks more for political reasons than work ethic. If you are a woman you will go fair, as the firm discrimates against men and whites. Its so mismanaged, its chaos working there. Everyone quits and leadership does nothing but pray the client work gets done.
