Thank you for your candid response, we are disappointed to hear about your negative experience. As you have explained, Mercer offers an agile working policy like many other companies and we trust colleagues not to abuse this. We often hear from colleagues that the work they do, the clients they work with and the colleagues they work with are the things they value the most. We are sorry to hear your experience this far has not been reflective of our culture.
The pace of change is faster than ever but we always strive to provide stability for all colleagues whilst adapting to an environment that is ever-evolving, innovative and focused on the future of work. This does mean that colleagues have to adapt to change. We understand how efficiency changes over the years can be challenging.
