      Some of the people were friendly and there was free fruit some days.

      Cons

      The work was largely uninteresting and had no scope for creativity. Woking is a dull place. Culture of staying behind after work to look busy rather than to be efficient.

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Cons

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
