Leaders in Service & Sales Performance Management. They offer solutions that actually make life better for the users of the system and their customers. There is real value to be had.
Cons
Acquired by NICE Systems. Focus has changed as a result which may or may not be bad. It's also a bigger company which affords some benefits - like training - but also means more bureaucracy and less individual impact.
