Good working place for beginners

Better workplace is needed to work

Nothing that I know of.

They don't pay you for your work. The people are eager to get work done from you. But when it comes to pay time, they go on a hiding. And don't communicate with you. They did not pay 12500 as a contract worker. They behave as if non-payment is a regular thing at their company.
