Everyone's really nice, office is gorgeous, freedom to use whatever tool you desire, nicely stocked kitchen with free food, easy interviewing process
Cons
Lacking management, lacking communication, really easy to be let go

We’re definitely not perfect when it comes to testing candidates during our hiring process. Sometimes we take a chance on someone and on rare occasions, it doesn’t work out.
We continue to improve on our testing process. We truly hope that you find your rhythm with your next employer.

Pros
- Food (at least until Thursday lol ), great coffee, fruits, cereal, yogurt - Staff is nice, friendly and open to help you - Location/office is great - Free Beer/wine (the beer is always great)
Cons
- Log the hours is really annoying - I wish they had better standards and a QA team - the dev has to talk to clients and usually, the dev doesn't have anyone to help with requirements
