      Pros

      The people are really nice who work at Menard's. There is relatively no drama. Also, they give you plenty of opportunities to move up if you would like to.

      Cons

      There is a lot of times when you have to stay after hours. It wouldn't be bad if we were scheduled until that time, but its hard to make plans when you don't know when you will be getting out of work.

      Great place to work and help people. Management is amazing and always there to guide and encourage learning.

      Cons

      Must be able to work with customers who are experiencing a crisis at home or work.
