Flexible hours and can transfer to different places if necessary.
Cons
Low pay in comparison to other companies. Management give little respect to stockers and other employees. Very little positive encouragement. Work short often because management is always trying to save big money and there is a large turnover rate because of lower pay in comparison to other companies. Poor insurance and benefits.
