      Pros

      They pay very well for a retail store. They provide better than average benefits, a very nice profit soaring program and lots of opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      Retail is challenging no matter who you work for, so YOU have to decide if you can handle helping people all day. If you don't like being active, being positive, or helping people than this will be a hard place to work.

      Friendly place of work. Decent pay once in management. Flexible schedule. Bonuses.

      Cons

      No real incentives other than promoting into a role where you will be stretched too thin, under-appreciated and stuck with lacking leadership.
