      Pros

      Great people, competitive wages, and a higher standard for hiring people compared to other retail jobs I've had. As far as the retail scene goes Menards is a good place to work!

      Cons

      Sometimes you have to deal with crazy, upset, and hot headed customers, but that comes with any job working with the public.

      Friendly place of work. Decent pay once in management. Flexible schedule. Bonuses.

      Cons

      No real incentives other than promoting into a role where you will be stretched too thin, under-appreciated and stuck with lacking leadership.
