Supportive Leadership: The founders care about the team and the product, they genuinely listen to feedback from any level of employee and try their best to make a great working environment. The company also supports your development by covering courses and tools that help you grow in your role. Truly Remote Work: I have full flexibility to organize my day and work from anywhere. No mandatory office days or pretend remote work like other companies. The CS Team is the best. Very supportive, great to work with and super fun.

Everything is fully remote, which works well for me most of the time. But if you like in person interaction, you might need to wait once a year for a workshop event. Also, if you don't have suitable working conditions at home, an office is not available to you unless you live in Germany.

The team is amazing and so helpful. The team spirit is not just a word here but a movement enforced by everyone every day, teammates, PM, C level, you name it … I have been working fully remote and all of my needs were met, the processes put in place to accommodate remote workers are unlike I have experienced so far and taught me so much. As long as you deliver on your end and work ethically this group of people is amazing and no doubt they will go on and beyond.

Not much to say here, when we have to be nitpicking just brace yourself for onboarding period because there is a lot to learn about the product.
