Pros
Good work environment at times. Great team.! Work Life Balance was excellent. Served a diverse population. Received education. A Lot of support to complete education and work.
Cons
Certified for about 2 years and a masters degree before actually getting the Specialist Title. Only get promoted by seniority- meaning you are going to have to wait to move up or for someone to leave. No one is leaving anytime soon. Limited to no full time positions.
