      Pros

      I get to work with and around heroes. People who come to work everyday wanting to make peoples lives better. Every day I get opportunities to make someone's day better. You must be a people person to thrive.

      Cons

      Long twelve hour shifts can sap one's strength. Hopefully the days go by quickly. Large mental strain when dealing with certain types of personalities. Patience and tolerance are a must. I wish I was paid more. Job can be dangerous at times.

      I loved the people and the heart of the organization for their patients. It was a collaborative and fun environment to work in.

      Pros

      No micro-management, which is outstanding. Decent PTO. I think they’re trying to retain staff but simply do not understand the market.

      Cons

      Very poor communication, no structured, professional training. No department meetings, huddles or comrade. There doesn’t seem to be any motivation or desire for employee enrichment or advancement. Pay is embarrassing low and there is no excuse for this.
