There is nothing good to say, sorry!

There is no working methods implemented and because of that the boss gives tasks that have to be finished in the same day because that taks were meant to be finished 2 or 3 days ago and did no mind about them. So, you suffer lots of unnecessary pressure. Sometimes the boss gives new taks to finish 1 hour before your leaving time...that is ridiculous! The salary is very low unless you are a project manager that does not do anything all day! The developer works many hours with a very low salary, the prtoject managers work very few hours with very big compensations. After some time working here you will start to feel the lack of fairness! Please, do not work here, is all i can say. It is an advice!

Uma boa empresa para começar e perceber o que são más condições de trabalho.

Esta empresa vive nos anos 90! Tecnologia totalmente ultrapassada! Nem sequer controlo de versões usam! Um junior developer noutra empresa ganha mais de um senior developer neste empresa. Prémio de produtividade?! Progressão de carreira?! Benefícios?! ...nada disto existe neste empresa. As instalações são equivalentes à de um tasco, já para não falar do mau cheiro quando no Verão as fossas têm de ser esvaziadas! Boa sorte para os desgraçados que cairem no azar de virem para aqui trabalhar.
