There are no notable cons. It is hard, rewarding work.

Senior management is the worst I have ever seen. They are clueless on how to run a business their expectations make no sense as they spend of their time worrying about the dumbest thing instead of actually solving problems. I would say toxic in the sense that they will not listen to a thing that anyone tells them. All they praise is joy except there is so little of it there. It's miserable. High turnover for mid level managers. They claim that everyone is valued but that is just a slogan they toss around. Honestly there are A LOT better credit unions to work for. There is no opportunity for advancement and if you don't live in Midland you won't qualify for anything they might offer. Just skip this place if you are smart.
