Pros
The company cares a great deal for it's customers, especially the marketing executives. They are also very involved with creating new products that are environmentally and physically safe.
Cons
The pay isn't that great and the workload can be a little strenuous. Too many people leave for other opportunities that pay more for the work you are supposed to be doing. Promoting within the company isn't rewarded as much as being externally hired. Worked there for 10 years, and paid $5,000 less / year than an immediate hire.
