Pros

The monthly training certificates, on-site restaurant, on-site gym, profit-sharing program, company match 401K... the list of benefits offered by the company is substantial. There are many company sponsored events each year, 5K events, company picnic, Christmas party, employee meeting to discuss benefit changes. There are many career growth opportunities within the company. HR offers career counceling and can help associates develop goals for their career pths.

Cons

As with any company there can be frustration when a decision is made or a policy is put in place without a thorough explanation of the reason behind the decision. Wages should be evaluated based on personal performance and contribution rather than industry averages. The hours can be demanding, at times you will need to be extremely flexible and willing to put in extra time to work on high priority projects.

Pros

Great to work for, the people are kind and willing to help you with any problem you run into.

Cons

They're stingy with promotions and probably won't utilize you to your fullest capacity

Pros

- side benefits are okay - it is a median sort of job - I personally have some freedom do to personal professional development on the clock when there is no immediate need for my work (happens very little) - People half listen once they know you have been at Melaleuca after about 5 years

Cons

- No management that knows what they are doing - Not very customer-focused - Don't seek to fulfill their strategic imperatives or strategies or mission - Very hard for people to listen to you because you're new - They don't have a lot of integrity - Very slow to solve problems - Don't worry about making improvements in processes or tools we use - Slow AI usage and no proficiency in AI usage, strategies or implementation - Managers micromanage because Melaleuca is "unique" - Most of the positive things they tout all the time serves only the company's image, not the employees - Don't worry about giving raises in a timely manner - Not goal-oriented employer And I could probably keep going, but will stop here.
