Pros
Great opportunity out of college to get some work experience under my belt. The compensation was decent compared to other similar call centers. The products are great.
Cons
The environment and culture is very challenging. There's lots of sitting and taking difficult phone numbers from disgruntled customers that did not want to commit to making a Melaleuca order every month.
