Pros

The $90 product check is very nice. The people who work here are generally very kind-hearted, and they do their best to make sure you are taken care of with your questions you may have. The products are great, and they provide great basic benefits.

Cons

There is heavy favoritism in all parts of the company. Leadership status and promotions are not given unless you have the "in" with somebody. The business mode can sometimes be misconceived by our customers, and the fine print needs to be made more out in the open. For as long as I've worked here, it's been extremely difficult to get a promotion despite everyone's saying that it can be done very easily.

Pros

- side benefits are okay - it is a median sort of job - I personally have some freedom do to personal professional development on the clock when there is no immediate need for my work (happens very little) - People half listen once they know you have been at Melaleuca after about 5 years

Cons

- No management that knows what they are doing - Not very customer-focused - Don't seek to fulfill their strategic imperatives or strategies or mission - Very hard for people to listen to you because you're new - They don't have a lot of integrity - Very slow to solve problems - Don't worry about making improvements in processes or tools we use - Slow AI usage and no proficiency in AI usage, strategies or implementation - Managers micromanage because Melaleuca is "unique" - Most of the positive things they tout all the time serves only the company's image, not the employees - Don't worry about giving raises in a timely manner - Not goal-oriented employer And I could probably keep going, but will stop here.
