Pros

Melaleuca is a great place for people who want jump in, learn, and make a difference. You are exposed to the challenges of keeping up with a growing business right from the start. Management is very willing to give responsibility to, and promote, someone who proves themselves early in their career. Really fun to work with people who are as driven as me. It's nice to be excited to come to work each day! Benefits are great as well. Insurance costs are extremely low for great coverage, free products every month are awesome, 401k match, quarterly profit sharing, and bonus program for all employees on each 5 year anniversary is amazing.

Cons

Things are moving really fast because of the growth and because of that planning and communication could be better at times.

Pros

Great to work for, the people are kind and willing to help you with any problem you run into.

Cons

They're stingy with promotions and probably won't utilize you to your fullest capacity

Pros

- side benefits are okay - it is a median sort of job - I personally have some freedom do to personal professional development on the clock when there is no immediate need for my work (happens very little) - People half listen once they know you have been at Melaleuca after about 5 years

Cons

- No management that knows what they are doing - Not very customer-focused - Don't seek to fulfill their strategic imperatives or strategies or mission - Very hard for people to listen to you because you're new - They don't have a lot of integrity - Very slow to solve problems - Don't worry about making improvements in processes or tools we use - Slow AI usage and no proficiency in AI usage, strategies or implementation - Managers micromanage because Melaleuca is "unique" - Most of the positive things they tout all the time serves only the company's image, not the employees - Don't worry about giving raises in a timely manner - Not goal-oriented employer And I could probably keep going, but will stop here.
