      Jewellery allowance And that’s all I can think off

      Cons

      There’s no working hours because the company only give part time hours out to stylist and full time hours to management. You aren’t entitled to anything unless you are upper management Had to negotiate hours all the time Hours were constantly cut Management need more training so they don’t get stressed on the shop floor and take it out on staff

      No brand alignment on standards Corporate partners far out of touch with reality asking teams to change processes every other week and reprimanding teams who fall behind ZERO support with training/ gaps in knowledge Retail partners tell you to reach out with questions but ignore you and reprimand you when you ultimately fail Give your team fewer hours and ask for more operationally resources are outdated, SOPs hard to follow though they add more every day HORRIBLE upper management. No one is qualified for the positions they hold
