HQ was very divided and far from diverse. They definitely played favorites and did everything they could to be Glossier, including the design of the stores. It took TWO years for me to receive a raise and the only reason I received it was because the company as a whole raised the wage of certain positions (so anyone who was new pretty much got paid the same wage as me). I felt this company was always promising us things but never went through with it, pretty much to get us to stay longer,
