Pros

Supportive team environment and an opportunity to work with interesting technologies and products.

Cons

Highly unstable project with no clear long-term vision. Before signing the contract, I specifically asked about project stability and was assured it was a secure, long-term opportunity. However, after less than three months, I was laid off along with several other employees with just one day's notice due to financial issues. There was no transition period or severance package, making the process feel abrupt and poorly handled.

Pros

I’ve been working here for almost a year, and one of the biggest benefits for me is the strong encouragement to try new things and grow in areas within your job function. As an employee, you’re listened to. If you’re performing and delivering results, your growth isn’t limited by rigid corporate timelines, you don’t have to wait years for recognition or progression. Things move fast here, including your own development. Always encouraged to explore new technologies, suggest better ways of doing things, and actively shape how work gets done. No micromanagement. It’s not a small startup, but it’s also not a corporate, which means you get a bit of both worlds, and for me I found it very fitting. Even though the company is remote/hybrid, there is no strict policy of time tracking, office visit hours, it's still nice to come to office, which wasn't always the case for me in past companies of same size.

Cons

There isn’t a very strong company-wide team-building culture yet. While individual departments stay well connected and maintain good collaboration within their own teams, there could be more initiatives that bring the entire company together. Not sure if it's a con for some people, just an internal cultural difference.
