MeiVac is a small private company that has about 45-50 employees. It is a great place to work in the sense that roles are diverse and require communication with other departments. There is a sense of camaraderie that is great to observe.

Times are tough when orders are not coming through as expected. Both the higher-ups and employees are on edge. The only other thing that I can think of is that there is quite a bit of science that is required to understand the production side of the business. It can take a while at first.
