Pros
You should work in Megafon if you have only one reason: you wanted to see in person how you SHOULD NOT doing business.
Cons
1. Atmosphere of fear – all employees (especially older one) lives in constant fear of being firing. 2. Bureaucracy, a lot of it, really – A LOT OF IT. If you need to do something – you will need to prepare many papers/presentations/documents. For example – once, I was need to send official mail via EMS or something like that. I didn't make it at least in a couple of weeks because every single step needs to be aligned with corporate requirements. 3. All people outside your divisions seeing you as an enemy. No one wants to help you. No one wants to do his own work. A significant number of employees just depict real work. 4. Lazy IT department. When I came on my first working day, I was just sits by my desk and waits for the computer. I was got a computer within two days. Also, the computer was so old and crap, I can't work on it. It took me another month to got a new one. 5. Paranoidal security department. Every single step is observed by security. If you are so unlucky and you need to make contracts during work, you’re in trouble. During my work, I was need to conclude the contract. All the way (it took me six months), I heard paranoid theory where I wanted to conclude that contract because I wished to take money from Megafon. 6. When the COVID pandemic start, managers didn’t let people work from home, especially the older ones. Only when things got worst, they have allowed people to work remotely.
