Pros
If you're looking for a digital marketing internship I recommend Mega Mega! It's 1 day in office, 1 day remote which is great- 11-5:30. I have 2 other jobs and they are super accommodating with schedule conflicts - just don't over do it obviously.
80% of it is creating/designing content for clients on Canva (promos and social), shooting the jewelry, and researching trends/client image. There are guidelines to fit each brands image which they have panned out for you. You have a ton of creative freedom in the creation process which is cool.
Other 20% is inventory, influencer/social tracking, gifting-related tracking, that kind of thing--which is easy and expected. Maybe you'll be asked to take a package to UPS but it's around the corner from the office so not a big deal at all. They give you a list of weekly tasks that you can basically choose from and switch off and on from different things.
Staff is super sweet, I felt welcomed right off the bat. They are very helpful and encourage questions. If you put the work into tailoring your ads to the brand, and show that you've done the research on the clients image, they really acknowledge your effort, and applaud your work. They actually use what you create, so it's cool to see your work published instead of put on the back burner.
Cons
Unpaid, but it be like that. They offer a stipend if you are commuting far I believe.
