      Best agency I've worked for, but hiring pace can hurt - Recruitment Manager Meet Employee Review

      Pros

      I have worked for Meet for over 5 years now and can without a shadow of a doubt that this is the best agency I have ever worked for, and that comes after over 10 years in the industry. Of course, it is not without its challenges, as all sales positions do. However, it is a company where I truly believe if you work hard and keep trying to get better, you will be recognised and the rewards will follow.

      Cons

      As a highly ambitious company, we are always growing, so we are always looking to add headcount, which is great. However, I think we often hire in bulk and at speed, and inevitably, some of those hires don't work out, which can leave a negative impact on the wider business.

      only con I can think of is they work you hard, but it came with making a lot of money so I can't complain

      The snacks are really nice

      Cons

      Management may be great sales people but lack management skills and employees are mistreated. My advice would be to watch yourself and trust no one. So many examples of men having inappropriate relations with their subordinates. However all upper management lack basic management skills. The job opportunities available for recruiters to advertise are poor. Its been a good few years since I've been there but I am surprised they are still up and running.
