Micromanaged is the only thing that is wrong

A good bunch of people where there's a lot of variety in the job. It is an expanding company which seems to have a strong future. The CEO clearly deep-down cares about the people in the company and offers a lot of benefits and there can be progression if you work hard. Starting to trust the skills and decisions of the staff more than the earlier days.

The usual us/them between office and production staff which it would be nice to break down. Lots of opportunities for this through social things, so the company is trying. Progression is definitely limited and takes time to be recognised - there is only so far you can go as it is quite a small company (despite it being global). The management/HR could do with listening to the staff more, really listening, not just doing it as a box-ticking exercise!
